Paying your rent...

At Shield Management we offer our tenants easy and secure methods of paying their rent.  We want to make it easy and hassle free so it does not become a chore.   With our busy lives and responsibilities something like paying rent should be a simple process.  

Our preferred payment options are RentPay, payroll deduction or bank cheque/money order. RentPay is a secure platform used where tenants have control of their payments. You can schedule direct debit, Pay ID, make master card or Visa card payments as well as BPAY. Tenants can schedule payments or make manual payments - this is convenient for bond top ups and invoices. Tenants are in full control and can change their schedule and payments at anytime to suit their needs. This ensures your rent is paid on time and is allocated correctly.  You will also get access to a self service portal to assist you with managing rental payments.
